Pesky Pumpkins and a Favourable Full Moon!

I’m a huge fan of Autumn, such an understated, underrated season! The academic year begins; the kids go back to school. And you can usually find me seeking out the last few rays of warm sunshine…whilst actively avoiding any social media images starring pumpkin spice lattes or pumpkin farms.

Apparently, pumpkins are referred to as the winter ‘squash’, which is interesting, as when I see a decorative arrangement of them in one of the aisles at Tesco, that's usually the first intrusive thought that comes to mind.

Other than viewing the Fall as a time to go around squelching orange veg on the shelves of the supermarket (!) I’ve always seen Autumn as a bit of a checkpoint; where we can recollect and recalibrate. The Hunter’s Full Moon graces us with its presence this week, and there’s an invitation to start taking stock, gathering resources and reflecting on our personal growth. (Howling and congregating in secluded woodland areas, optional).

For me, this time of the year feels full of potential and a bit of mystery; there’s something magical in the air! A call to sharpen our mental focus, realign with our values and find the courage to start anew.

So, if you’ve been postponing decisions in relation to your personal development, this could be your sign to get back to building the life you want…

Perhaps you feel the call to up your public speaking game?

How about moving from Powerpoint Presenter to Powerhouse Performer?!

If you fancy a chat, let’s get together for a coffee (just as long as it’s not of the pumpkin spice variety)
